Crest IT Services VIP Packages
For Personal/Family Users

• These pre-paid packages incorporate only:
   
  - Internal clean
  - Virus Removal
  - Data Recovery
  - MOT/Tune-ups
  - Network and Broadband issues
   
  Prices as as from 1st September 2019.
  All prices are exclusive of VAT and are to be pre-paid. 
  
  

Bronze Package - £175.00

• Includes 3 full hours of IT Services - on site or at our offices
• Any extra time charged at £50 per hour
• Also includes 1 hour free of Remote/Telephone support.

Silver Package - £350.00

• Includes 5 full hours of IT Services - on site or at our offices
•  Any extra time charged at £45 per hour 
• Also includes 2 hours free of Remote/Telephone support.

Gold Package - £500.00

• Includes 8 full hours of IT Services - on site or at our offices
• Any extra time charged at £40 per hour 
• Also includes 3 hours free of Remote/Telephone support.

Bronze and Silver will be valid for twelve calendar months and Gold will be valid from eighteen calendar months from the date they are purchased.

In addition all holders of VIP packages will receive discounts on all repairs and upgrades as well as on the purchase of ‘pre loved’ machines.

As a thank you, we will reward any VIP package holder, who introduces new customers to us, by adding extra hours to their package, based on the number of customers introduced.
